Formafectant

Formafectant are listed in the 1939 trade directory as disinfectant manufacturers, however, they are included here as the probably unique bottle below has survived and bears the details of the company’s ‘Pine Inhalant’ for coughs, catarrh, etc.

The company operated from 23 Millbay Road, Plymouth which had been occupied in the 1890s by Menhinick’s agricultural chemist’s manufactory.
