William Condy U’ren operated from 55 Cobourg St, Plymouth in around 1893 – 1955. These premises having been occupied by Owen C Coker in 1878 and George T Starkey in 1889 – 1890, indeed, many addresses appear to have been handed from one chemist to another so keeping a particular shop in its same role for many years.

The company had a number of other premises between 1926 and 1955 in addition to the Cobourg St premises.
